The Franchise13 Rules

4th down
-You can only go for it when past your opponents 40 with inches to go
-In the redzone you can go for it with 2 yards or less
-If your down by 21 points in 2nd half then you can go for it anytime
-If your down in the fourth qtr and need a 1st down to tie the game and punting would mean you lose then you can go for it
-I think most people know when to and not to go for it but this will help keep people in line

Goalline Offense
-within the 5 yard lines on both sides of the fields

Onside Kicks
-No onside kicks unless down buy 21+ pts.
-No onside kicks unless 4th qtr and you need it to comeback
-ANY ONSIDE KICKS WHEN UP AND YOUR AUTOMATICALLY GONE!!!

Nano Blitzes
-You may manually move one player prior to the snap, but you must user control that player. Unless its for better coverage

Special teams
-Special team formations cannot be altered before the snap.
-Dont do fake punts unless behind the 35 yard line

Line Play
-No pulling/sliding any player off the line until the ball is hiked
-Use your D-line shifts if you need to slide them

No huddle
-You can no huddle in the 4th when you are down
-You can no huddle within two minutes of each half
-You cant no huddle if the clock stops

2 point conversion
-Should only go for it to tie or cut/add the lead to a field goal or touchdown
-If down by 21+points then you go for 2

Sportsmanship
-Don't run up the score on your opponent. Run the ball/clock when you have a huge lead. When you can knee then do it
-Use backups
-Trash talk is allowed, but keep it civil.

Money plays
-Not allowed. We all have plays we like or feel comfortable running, But dont run the same plays the whole game just because they work

Rocket Catch
-No rocket catches. User catches are allowed

Scrambling with qbs
-You may scramble but do not scramble right after you hike the ball. Don't run straight to the sideline or drop back 10 yards without pressure.
-Rollouts. Should remain parallel to the line of scrimmage

Mix up playcalling
-If you like the wildcat or running screens then fine, but don't do it every time. Mix it up on offense and defense.
-Just because it works dont mean you can abuse it

Policy on quiting
-If in the first half, please let the commissioner know and replay the game.
-If in the second half, you are allowed to complete the game against the CPU if the game is clearly in favor of one side or another. Please also inform commissioner about disconnection.
-If it is thought that an owner is purposely disconnecting, appropriate action will be taken.
-Cpu games may not be restarted

Breaking the rules
-If you break any rule then you get a strike. Three strikes and your booted
-Your first offense. You will bench player of commissioners choosing and get a strike. Benching lasts one game for first strike.
-Second offense. You will bench player of commissioners choosing and get another strike. Benching lasts two games for second strike.
-Third offense. You are gone. No questions asked.
